Es una celebración tradicional que rinde homenaje a dos productos emblemáticos: la alegría, dulce elaborado a base de amaranto, y el olivo, ingrediente con fuerte presencia histórica en algunas zonas del sur de la CDMX

It’s a traditional celebration that pays tribute to two iconic products: alegría, a sweet made from amaranth, and the olive, an ingredient with a strong historical presence in some areas of southern Mexico City
